How ordering works

1. Apply for an account. Tell us about your store and tick the First Nation box. Add your First Nation or reserve and upload a status card or band letter.
2. We review it. Once approved, you can see your prices and order. Approved First Nation accounts are not charged tax.
3. Order online. Pick your products by the case and check out. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer.
4. We deliver. Your order is packed at our warehouse and shipped to your store.

Do you deliver to reserves?

Yes. We already deliver to First Nation-owned stores and reserves in Ontario, Kamloops (BC), Alberta, Nova Scotia and Quebec.

Are First Nation accounts charged tax?

Approved First Nation accounts are not charged tax on their orders. We check your status card or band letter when you apply.

What do I need to open an account?

Your business name, GST/HST number, phone number, and your status card or band letter. If you sell vape, tobacco or alcohol, we also need your licence.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum orders start at $300.
